Getting to the Wedding:

The ceremony and reception will be held at Grace Simons Lodge, 1025 Elysian Park Drive (circled point below in map), in Elysian Park, which is about ten minutes north of Downtown LA.

 

Shuttles to and from the venue will be leaving from the Double Tree Hilton, 120 S Los Angeles St, at 4PM and 4:30PM to take guests to Simons Lodge. The shuttle will be making return trips from the lodge to the hotel on the hour from 9PM to 12AM.

Just a note: feel free to join the shuttle even if you are not staying at the Double Tree, but parking at this hotel is expensive! There is nearby access to public transit (the hotel is a few blocks from the Gold Line’s Little Tokyo stop at 1st St and Alameda). There are also public parking garages and street parking.

Getting to Los Angeles

While LAX is the major airport into LA, you might also consider Burbank, which is not far from us and a smaller and more manageable airport, especially if you fly Southwest. Please contact Stephanie if you need help with travel arrangements–we have a great deal of Southwest travel points and would love to help make sure you can get here!

You might also consider taking the train. Amtrak’s Union station is in the heart of old downtown, and blocks from the DoubleTree. Let us know if you need help making arrangements.

Staying here
